Day 1: How to take a Stance - a Natural Stance
Begin with the foundation of all resilience: Taking a Stance.
When life gets turbulent, most people try to think their way out of stress. But what you need is to come back to your body, your breath, and back to the ground beneath your feet.
You are about to learn how to take your authentic stance. From here, your resilience will grow.
Action Step: to complete today’s Natural Stance challenge, share a photo or video of yourself taking the Natural Stance.
Day 2: Getting Grounded Doesn't Have to be a Punishment
Continue our challenge by exploring the principle of Grounding.
Find out how you can connect to the ground in a simple an elegant way. Watch the video that walks you through the process and introduces a fun Seaweed Meditation. Then test it to make sure that you are actually improving.
What you are learning today:

Day 3: Discover How to Use Power, Rather than Force
Many Resilience experts would say that resilience isn’t about pushing—it’s about listening, moving, and responding with grace. Combine that with learning how to push using Power - rather than Force - and you get the best of both worlds: Graceful Power.
Today's lessons:
✔️ Exploration of projecting energy with a Forward Push;
✔️ Development of awareness of such principles as Rooting and Streamlining;
✔️ Please share your ah-ha moment, should you have one.
Action Step: take a few minutes to experience pushing with Power, instead of Force, and post a photo or video of you doing that.
Day 4: Get Centered to Be in the Flow
What if there was a way to develop the ability to relax under pressure, feel the flow of energy in and around your body, so that you would be able to enjoy being in the flow on demand?
Today's lessons:
✔️ Experience the practice of Centering;
✔️ Exploration of sensing physical energy projections;
✔️ Please share your personal breakthrough triggered by this experience.
Action Step: take a few minutes to practice Centering and then experience getting pushed without getting pushed around and post a photo or video of you doing that.

Organizational Resilience:Â Friday, April 25, is dedicated to a series of presentations by world-class experts on Organizational Resilience with the panel discussion on this topic;
Personal Resilience: Saturday, April 26, which is World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, is full of presentations by the Masters of these disciplines, complete with a live speaker panel discussion;
National/Global Resilience: Sunday, April 27 will feature the visionaries exploring the ways to resolve big picture issues, whose panel discussion will wrap up the entire summit.
